Just a quick scenic golf cart ride around the bay into town, this waterfront two-bedroom, one bath home accommodates four. With amazing views and kayaks available, this is the perfect spot for boaters, water lovers, fishermen and birdwatchers.  You will immediately see the ospreys across the canal, enjoy seeing dolphins play, and an occasional manatee lumber by the dock.  Blue Chair is newly renovated and offers all new flooring, furnishings, appliances and kitchen. It offers a large outdoor living space and fish cleaning station.  This is a nearly stepless cottage with minimal steps, just three into the house.

What is different about Blue Chair from other rentals? It's the little things!  Quality furnishings, linens, quality appliances, new HVAC, kitchenware and other lux features.   Dual leather recliners make movie watching comfy. We offer a Nespresso machine (thimble or original pods) as well as a Smeg drip coffee pot and toaster.  For our guests from across the pond, we offer a tea kettle.  On each nightstand is a wireless charger and each side of the bed includes an extension cord.  A fold-out sofa table adds additional seating or WFH space. Verizon home internet WIFI (300Mbs per provider) is provided for streaming or working.

This home is dog friendly up to 20 lbs for a small fee. 

A golf cart may be available to rent.
